Job Title:                         Enterprise Redeployment Program Specialist

SUMMARY:
It is our goal to maintain the Company’s existing Redeployment program by partnering within the Company to maintain current standards. This role will promote the Redeployment program and give one point of contact who will work with offices to ensure data and process consistency, accountability for the Redeployment team members in each office, as well as ensure that our consultants who are ending are getting the maximum visibility possible.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain awareness of the Redeployment Program across the legacy-DISYS Enterprise, while also providing training to new members of the team.
  • Drive awareness of Redeployment Recontacting, report weekly Redeployment Recontacting performance in Rhythm for the legacy-DISYS Enterprise and each Business Unit.
  • Organize and drive meetings and agendas for all Redeployment teams across the legacy-DISYS Enterprise.
    • Drive necessary follow-up from meetings
  • Work with individual offices to find best practices to make the Redeployment process work for their business.
  • Hold accountability to each Recruiting Champion, Sales Champion, Operations Champion, and Consultant Care champion in each office’s Redeployment team, ensuring they know their role and are executing their responsibilities.
    • Assist in identifying, introducing, and training new/added members of each office’s Redeployment team.
  • Train and partner with operations to delivery accurate and frequent Pending Finish reporting.
  • Track updates on pending finishes from Managing Directors, RMs, and AMs.
  • Hold Accountability to company offices and each Redeployment team on keeping the Redeployment List in Bullhorn accurate and up-to-date.
    • Monitor the data around consultant’s availability to ensure that our AMs and RMs are not spending their time on resources that are not available.
  • Drive awareness of redeployment eligible consultants originally placed with a national delivery team to their corresponding local offices.
  • Monitor trends and problems as the Company develops and grows. Coordinate cross-team to find solutions.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly Scorecards for Managing Directors to provide information of their business unit’s redeployment performance. 
  • With coordination with manager, engage Recruiting Leadership and Sales Leadership to encourage best practices for their offices and teams.
  • Track success of Redeployment program, process all incentives/bonuses for legacy-DISYS internal employees, and provide Consultant Care with list of successfully redeployed consultants for gifting.
 
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:

 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of internal experience in level 1 role or 2+ years total experience in leading a project, team, or program and/or customer service
  • Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with team members
  • Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and under tight timelines
  • Proven ability to think creatively and generate original ideas
  • Fluid at building relationships to lead the work effort of cross functional team members
  • Proficient in computer skills – MS Office, Outlook, Bullhorn, and Tableau
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism when interacting with internal or external employees
  • Strong consultative facilitation skills, including the ability to plan sessions effectively, ask questions, teach, and coach
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to influence others
