As a Consultant Experience Specialist, you will be a key component to ensuring the DISYS/ Signature culture is extended to our consultants. The person in this role will act as an additional point of contact for new consultants in the current business portfolio or sub portfolio, ensuring each consultant is provided the necessary tools and knowledge needed to succeed during their employment with DISYS/Signature. This position will serve as a liaison focused on building relationships with consultants, sharing recognition, and networking. As an extension of our sales and recruiting team, the person in this role will often be a point of contact for new consultants working with DISYS/Signature. The goal of this role is to build stronger relationships within our existing consultant populations as well as with potential consultants. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that the consultant has the best experience possible at each point of their contract. This role is the definition of our company’s relationship model.

Consultant On-boarding and Ongoing Communication
• Create and distribute new hire welcome gifts each week to all upcoming starts. Meet and greet new hires virtually or in person, setting the expectations around our partnership. 
• Facilitate incoming questions or concerns from consultants directing them to the appropriate resource or answering their questions about assignment logistics, on-boarding information, finishing an assignment or social events.
• Regular in-person and virtual contact with consultants.
• Send out communications for Signature sponsored events and drive awareness around company updates.

Networking and Consultant Interaction
• Provide opportunities for our consultants to interact with one another through virtual and in person lunches, user group events, dinners, and happy hours, tailgating functions or other out of office events. Plan and attend events to ensure set up is consistent with DISYS / Signature branding expectations.
• Create opportunities for increased visibility for DISYS / Signature and its consultants through developing relationships with industry and community organizations.

Relationship Development & Customer Service
• Get to know consultants professionally and personally to build better relationships and better consideration.
• Remain visible and available to consultants to ensure they are aware of the resources available to them.
• Build business intelligence from consultants that may lead to hot leads, referrals and/or new job orders.
• Serve as a champion for the Signature Redeployment Program for your individual office, as well as reporting back into the Enterprise Redeployment Partners.
• Responsible for the redeployment gifting efforts and recognition of consultants for the program.
• Ensure all efforts at building and sustaining a relationship with the consultants is focused on remarketing and retention of our consultants with Signature.
• Track and maintain the consultant’s professional and personal accomplishments making sure they are recognized. This includes sending condolences, congratulatory gifts and birthday acknowledgements.
• Responsible for planning events to ensure each consultant feels part of the “DISYS / Signature Family” including tailgating events, group lunches, quarterly outings, user group events and holiday functions.
• Focus on providing our consultants an experience where they feel rewarded and recognized for professional and personal achievements. This includes acknowledging milestone events, performance highlights and any other personal life events of our consultants.

• 65 Recontact Calls per week (Number Subject to Change)
• 8 Consultant out of Office Contacts per week (Number Subject to Change)
• Consultant Birthday Recognition – 100%
• Consultant Welcome Call and Introduction – Sending each Consultant a Welcome Gift
• Consultant Special Gifting and Recognition
• 1 Quarterly Consultant Event– Happy Hours, Tailgates, Socials, etc.
• Attempt to gain hot leads and referrals during your interactions with consultants with a minimum of 2 hot leads or referrals a week.

Additional Activities .
• Assist in Redeployment Responsibilities and Reward Program Management as needed.
• Prepare consultant gifts as needed.
• Partnering with Marketing Team to plan special Recognition / Events with the assistance of local offices including creating invitations and ordering marketing items.
• Assist in consultant survey communication and data consolidation as needed.
• Assist in gathering information for the Consultant Panel as needed.
• Will interact with Leadership at all levels.
NOTE: May require working after hours at times for special events or special situations.


The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication or equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer service, hospitality, recruiting support and/or program support/coordination
  • Ability to speak in front of large groups with confidence
  • Strong culture of execution, operational excellence, and accountability
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communications skills required.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to take a project from inception (idea stage) and organize a plan to deliver the final working solution. Ability to lead and manage all aspects of the project.
  • Expert problem solver able to find solutions utilizing resources available. Thinking outside the box.
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
  • Team Player with the ability to take advice and feedback from leadership, can collaborate with other team members of consultant care team and supporting office.
  • Must be able to adapt in a professional manor to unexpected changes in schedule, addenda and daily tasks. 
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and approach to work
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace with the ability to prioritize
